Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy​ ⚫︎Cancellations ・Up to 4 days before the reservation date: Full refund (minus transfer fees). ・2-3 days before: 50% of the reservation fee. ・1 day before or same day: 100% of the reservation fee. ⚫︎Rescheduling ・Rescheduling is allowed once only. ・Please provide a minimum of 7 days notice if you need to reschedule your appointment.
